The band’s longevity is proof positive that paying dues is the only way to the top. With equal parts of Orange County punk rock, honky tonk country, and rockabilly swagger, Reno Divorce strikes a unique chord of their own with their brand of “Punk Rock’n’Roll”.
The well-crafted and deftly executed songs that straddle the line between Smithereens and Social Distortion are the bread and butter for these guys, and one listen is all it takes to realize you’ve got a band that truly stands out amongst the herd. Oh, and there’s one more thing...this aint the boys’ first rodeo... going 10 years strong and gracing some of the most legendary bars and stages around the world, they’ve played with almost all their punk heroes (ALL, Social Distortion, TSOL, Adolescents, Agent Orange,The Queers , X, The Blasters, Motorhead), and shared a tour bus with more contemporary heavy hitters, a la U.S. Bombs, The Bones, and Street Dogs. They’ve worked with the cream of the crop behind the scenes, as well.
With Loveday on lead guitar and vocals, Nick Golding on bass, Tye Battistella on rhythm guitar and Ruben Patino on the drums, the band fires on all cylinders and spares no one in their way.
Lost Point, is a band with unique style, power and strength. Finding success with the title of Clear Channel’s Best Band in Denver was just the beginning. After the release of their freshman album," All Dressed Up", success was a sure fire prelude. To headlining multiple sell-out shows, receiving national radio market testing, and full local radio play on Clear Channel stations, being hand-picked by Kevin Lyman for the Vans Warped Tour. After finding so much success, there was no other option than to follow-up their freshman release with a sophomore album that is stellar in every aspect. Taking a year off to focus exclusively on the creation of “Scars From Her”, Lost Point is ready to bring forth the hardest hitting, gut-punching and lyrically geared product possible. Currently, the band has been focusing their time behind closed doors on incorporating multiple influences from electrifying beats, alternative fusion, teeth-grinding metal, impulsive rock and unequivocal lyrical persuasion into a streamline balance of a sound that is all their own. Preparing for an Uprising in the National Music Scene is the path that is ahead of this steadfast band. With major tours, national sponsorships and leading label interest within the future of this band in 2011, Lost Point will surely find a permanent home in the National Music Scene. Keep your eyes open and ears ready for what’s to come…Lost Point will be back for the Regeneration starting 2011…and even though the name of the band is Lost Point, these boys know exactly where they are going.

4)Finally, there was a man with a bass, and a heart of gold, with the feet that could beget a heard of smelly cattle to vomiteth music. he joinedeth forceth with the bandeth. ZUES HIMSELF LOOKED DOWN UPON THEE AND SAID, "I BANISH YOU FROM THE LAND!!!!" and the townspeople did not mind the peace and quiet.
The Flash Mob is a four-piece rock and roll band based out of Denver, Colorado. Assembled out of the dissolution of two notable Denver bands, Boondok Saints and Ultrachronic, The Flash Mob aimed at creating a unique music act that combined the best of both: a synergy where rock, reggae, dancehall, hip hop and funk textures come together - creating provocative hybrid stylings that are balanced by persuasive hooks and pop sensibilities. The experiment proved itself to be a success, establishing them as one of Denver's best up and coming acts.
Soon after its formation, interest in The Flash Mob accumulated as quickly as its namesake implied. Opportunities usually reserved for more established acts opened up for the band early in its development - starting with their first studio track, "By My Side", being featured on a nationally-distributed compilation disk alongside tracks by Pepper, Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, Fishbone, Sublime and others. Soon afterward, a debut show providing main support for the nationally-acclaimed rock and hip-hop troop the Flobots followed and was the first of a string of higher-profile live appearances - including support slots for Ziggy Marley and Passafire, and gigs on the summer festival circuit.
In 2009, the band released its first EP, Common Thread, which features guest musicians from the Denver scene. In 2010, The Flash Mob was voted Denver Westword's Best Funk Band. The Flash Mob is currently in the studio, recording its next album. Music by The Flash Mob can be found on iTunes and Pandora.
